The role of our physiotherapy team is to evaluate, restore and maintain your maximum mobility and physical function. Our physiotherapists are all university educated and trained to evaluate movement dysfunction, identify patient treatment goals, establish and implement individualized treatment programmes and provide patient education. They all have postgraduate qualifications and advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis and management of injuries and conditions such as:

  • Muscle, ligament and tendon problems
  • Joint pain
  • Headaches and dizziness
  • Postural problems
  • Joint problems
  • Arthritic conditions
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy relates to disorders of the muscles, bones, spine, joints, nerves, tendons and ligaments. Depending on your individual needs, our approach to treating musculoskeletal conditions might encompass manual therapy such as soft tissue and joint mobilization, manipulation, specific therapeutic exercises, sports-specific rehabilitation, electrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound, taping and strapping, ergonomic assessment and advice, posture education and acupuncture.
